Nine former firefighters have filed a complaint against the CNMI government to enforce a federal court judgment stemming from a settlement agreement.

Henry Sablan Hofschneider, Larissa Sablan Flores and Eloida Dela Cruz Macaranas have pleaded not guilty to misconduct in public office charges.
