Guam Election Commission

Incumbent Del. James Moylan defeated former Sen. Mary Camacho Torres in the race for Congress. Moylan will face Democratic challenger Alicia Limtiaco in November.

Voters will have to select one side of the ballot – Democrat or Republican – with no crossover voting allowed.

A recent law allowed the Guam Election Commission to realign precincts, reducing the number from 72 to 59
