Bill 202-38 would waive tuition for veterans, or their dependents, but some senators were concerned that the bill would lead to tuition increases that would unfairly burden other students

The bill would wave tuition, but not fees or other expenses, at the University of Guam and Guam Community College.

Guam Community College held a ribbon-cutting Tuesday morning for its newly renovated Culinary Arts and Baking Center.
