Guam Hybrid Land Use Commission

The Guam Land Use Commission and the Guam Hybrid Land Use Commission on Thursday approved projects to create more housing on the island.

Although it was originally opposed by neighbors, the developer resubmitted plans for the Honhui Guam resort and incorporated community feedback.

A representative for the planned 50,000-square-foot data center on the border of Dededo and Tamuning said the variances are needed for security and fire suppression.
