After being shut down following the expiration of a vendor contract, online tax services have been restored at the Department of Revenue and Taxation

Marie Lizama testified at an oversight hearing Monday that higher fees, and procurement law problems, created a delay that led to services being suspended at the height of tax season.

The governor has 10 days to sign or veto the bill, otherwise, it will lapse into law.

Government of Guam has $12.2 million in anticipated revenue and is trying to agree on where to use it.
