Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation online systems are up and running after being shut down since March 21.
Rev and Tax announced Thursday that most systems have been fully restored. Residents can now file business privilege tax and income tax returns online, and they can renew business licenses and motor vehicle registrations.
The Driver’s License and Examination Branch system, which also handles Guam IDs, has been partially restored. Permits can be issued and written tests can be scheduled, but other operations are awaiting full restoration.
The vendor, Data Management Resources, suspended services because the licensing and support contract expired on Sept. 30, 2025. In addition to blocking payments and renewals, the shutdown prevented Rev and Tax customers from accessing past data.
