Guam is the first U.S. territory to rally and join the nationwide “No Kings” protest, demanding democracy, RECA inclusion, and full federal rights.

After months of financial uncertainty, the Northern Marianas Humanities Council has received a partial restoration of its federal funding through 2027.

On April 2, Guam and CNMI's humanities councils received news that their federal grants had been canceled, effective immediately.
