The Guam Legislature’s Committee on Public Safety will hold an oversight hearing on the Department of Corrections Wednesday.
Topics for discussion include the agreement between Guam and the U.S. Marshals Service for management of federal prisoners and the status of the repair of Department of Corrections facilities.
The committee will also hear updates from agencies on the master plan for a new prison.
The hearing will start at 8 a.m. at the Guam Congress Building.
