Guam Sen. Therese Terlaje has asked the attorney general to investigate allegations outlined in a federal lawsuit against GVB and board Chairman George Chiu.

The allegations of sexual assault and sexual harassment of an employee were detailed in a 28-page civil lawsuit filed in federal court.
