Complaints about property destruction and traffic safety have prompted Sen. Telo Taitague to introduce a bill updating Guam's laws dealing with stray cattle, goats and sheep.

Panelists testifying on Bill 253-38 told senators the bill should include more specific language to prohibit mining ships from docking, staging or supplying in Guam waters.
