A series of community meetings about the Guam National Heritage Area Feasibility Study will be held on Zoom in the coming weeks, with the first one scheduled for Monday, July 27.
The National Park Service is considering designating places on Guam as a part of a National Heritage Area, and wants the public to weigh in on the plan.
National Heritage Areas are places where historic, cultural and natural resources form an important part of the national landscape.
Monday's meeting is from 9 to a11 a.m., and Wednesday’s meeting is from 1 to 3 p.m. CHamoru standard time. Additional meetings are scheduled for 10 a.m. Aug. 8 and 9 a.m. Aug. 25.
