Guam Power Authority crews work to restore power on Route 4A between Cross Island Road and Talo'fo'fo' on April 20, 2026.

Guam Power Authority said all 63 feeders on the island were restored as of Wednesday, but there were still isolated areas where customers were without electricity because of storm damage.

As power lines heat up, weak points in the system will become apparent. These include storm-damaged transformers, fuse cutouts, lightning arresters and connections.

Hardware components that were loosened during the storm may fail after power has been restored.

Customers may also experience voltage fluctuations during restoration.

If your home has flickering lights, dimming, or partial power, shut off your breaker and call GPA.
