The Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association will hold its signature event, the Pacific Hotel & Restaurant Expo (PHARE) 2026, from April 16–17 at the Hyatt Regency Guam.
Some 2,000 attendees from Guam and across Micronesia are expected to explore the latest products, services, and ideas that help improve how tourism businesses serve customers.
More than 40 exhibitors will be on-site, giving attendees a chance to discover new trends, meet suppliers and find practical solutions for their businesses.
Along with the expo, PHARE 2026 will spotlight culinary competitions, featuring apprentices, pastry chefs, mixologists, and experienced hospitality professionals showcasing their talent, creativity, and skill in food and beverage service.
The event will also offer training opportunities, including food safety certification, customer service training and techniques of alcohol management.
The expo will be open to the public.
