Guam will welcome the start of 2026 with two simultaneous fireworks shows at midnight hosted by the Guam Visitors Bureau, giving residents and visitors two major viewing locations across the island: Tumon Bay and Hagåtña Bay.

In Tumon, fireworks will be launched from Gov. Joseph Flores Beach Park at Ypao Beach.

Beachfront hotels, nearby parks, and public beach access points are expected to provide clear views of the show.

At the same time, a second fireworks display will take place over Hagåtña Bay, offering residents in the capital area and nearby villages a central location to watch the celebration without traveling north.

GVB says the dual-location setup is meant to make the New Year’s celebration more accessible while maintaining a long-standing island tradition. The fireworks will be produced by JamzMedia Productions/ShowPro Pyrotechnics and launched simultaneously from both bays.

Officials are urging the public to prioritize safety during the celebration. Swimming is strongly discouraged in the waters between Ypao Beach and Hyatt Regency on New Year’s Eve, as fireworks operations will be underway. The Guam Police Department, Guam Fire Department, and GVB Visitor Safety Officers will be on site to help manage crowds and ensure public safety.
