The average price of a single-family home on Guam between January and August was $513,108, up 4.4% percent from the same time period in 2024, according to a market report from Today’s Realty.
The average price for the first eight months in 2024 was $491,421.
The report, compiled using data from the Guam Multiple Listing Service, stated that condominiums sold at an average price of $369,274, a 6.6% increase from the same time period in 2024. The average condo price from January to August last year was $346,478.
There were 202 single-family homes and 88 condos sold during the first eight months of the year, a decrease of 9% for homes and 30.7% for condos.
Homes were on the market an average of 141 days, and condos were on the market an average of 122 days.
